2008 is the 500th anniversary of printing in Scotland.  To celebrate this important event the National Library of Scotland will present their exhibition Imprentit at their premises at George IV Bridge in Edinburgh, home of the marvellous John Murray Archive.

Working, and publishing, in partnership with the National Library we are proud to present this colourful, succinct, delightfully designed account of the first five centuries.  Beautifully printed on fine papers by J Thomson in Glasgow Scottish Printed Books will illuminate and inform as well as entertain you.  The author, Antony Kamm, has been writing in and of Scotland for many years.  To learn more about him please visit the book’s Hinterland.
