RLS in Love is in the warehouse
We are delighted to say that RLS IN LOVE: The love poetry of Robert Louis Stevenson by Stuart Campbell is now with our Distributor and will be released on Wednesday 15th July. Having at last held the book in our hands and examined it properly we would say it is probably the most beautiful book you will see for quite some time to come. In fact, it is on the same level as FICKLE MAN: Robert Burns in the 21st Century and will make a great companion volume.
The launch will take place at THE MUSIC BOX, Stevenson College, Bankhead Avenue, Sighthill, Edinburgh, EH11 4DE on Tuesday 14th July at 6.30pm. The author will read from his new book and Morag Campbell will sing RLS’s ‘Bright is the Ring of Words’ in the setting by Vaughan Williams. The event is ‘open’. Please come along and bring a friend. After the formalities (which will not be all that formal) there will be a glass of wine and the chance to meet the author.
