The Nairn Art and Books Festival
The Nairn Art and Books Festival begins on Friday 5th June with Thursday 11th substantially given over to Sandstone Press. John Allen (CAIRNGORM JOHN) will be the first author at Nairn Book Shop’s Taster Day, appearing there at 11.00am. At the same time Jamie Whittle (WHITE RIVER) will be introducing Donald Barr and his new book, THE SPEY, in the Little Theatre. Jamie appears next at the Nairn Book Shop at 2.00pm, with Eric MacLeod (THE KERRACHER MAN) appearing, again at Nairn Book Shop at 3.30pm. The main event will be John Allen’s appearance at the LITTLE THEATRE at 4.30pm.
We welcome Stuart Campbell to the Sandstone Blogging Team. Stuart’s book, RLS IN LOVE is with the printer now and you can read about it on its book page and in its Hinterland now.
